Ashley and Annette Culberson are the mother-daughter co-directors for the Miss Morgantown Scholarship Organization. They started attending the Miss West Virginia pageant annually in 2000 and volunteered for the Miss Morgantown Scholarship Organization for many years. 

          Ashley and Annette both fell in love with the Miss America Organization over the years and after Ashley aged out, they wanted to continue to give back to an organization that does so much for young women. In their other lives, Ashley is a dance teacher and choreographer in Virginia. Annette is a retired school counselor of Preston County schools and is enjoying retirement in Morgantown alongside her husband Joe.
